High-Polyphenol Olive Oils

High-Polyphenol Olive Oils are premium extra virgin olive oils (EVOOs) containing exceptionally high concentrations of naturally occurring bioactive antioxidants known as polyphenols, such as oleocanthal, oleacein, and hydroxytyrosol. While standard extra virgin olive oil contains roughly 100 to 250 mg/kg of polyphenols, high-phenolic oils typically range from 500 mg/kg to over 1,200 mg/kg.
