Called ‘1/10’ because it’s their first oil of the year (October/tenth month) and requires ten kilos of olives per liter, it’s a super-premium seasonal product. Made from organic Picual and Arbequina olives picked green in Almeria, Spain, the flavor is intensely fresh.
It offers notable aromas of green grass, tomato, apple, and almonds. Its taste is bitter and spicy, yet exceptionally well balanced. It pairs well with goat cheese, green salads, and fresh bread.
