1926 DOP Garda Trentino olive oil
This extra virgin olive oil is produced by Agraria Riva del Garda from handpicked olives in Trentino. It is predominantly sourced from Casaliva olives grown on the shores of Lake Garda, with small amounts of Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino varieties. The olives are picked at an early stage of maturity to ensure a well-rounded flavor.
The oil has a medium-light aroma with subtle notes of unripe almonds. Its harmonious taste is distinguished by a gentle bitterness and a lively spiciness.
