Bosana

Bosana is Sardinia’s most prevalent olive cultivar, producing an intensely fruity and firm extra virgin olive oil. It is typically harvested green and cold-pressed to maximize its bold flavor. The oil features pronounced herbaceous and vegetal notes, most notably of artichoke and thistle, with hints of green apple or unripe tomato. It has a characteristic medium intensity with noticeable bitterness and a persistent peppery spiciness.
