Colonna Bella di Colonna Green Olives olive oil
Produced by award-winning Viola, this medium-intensity organic extra virgin olive oil is a blend of Frantoio and Moraiolo olives grown on the stony hills of Umbria.
Sourced from some of Marco Viola’s oldest trees, it offers an elegant and rich aroma featuring notable scents of artichoke and wild green herbs. The flavor is herbaceous, with hints of thistle complementing the fresh artichoke.
This oil won a Gold Award at the 2022 Japan Olive Oil Prize. It’s versatile, excellent for finishing squash soup or mushroom dishes, and pairs well with leafy green salads, mature cheese, or raw vegetables. It can even be used for baking cookies and fruit pies.
