Delivery in 48–72 hours. The carrier will call before delivery.
As these are fragile materials, we include breakage insurance and will proceed with immediate replacement upon receiving a photo of the damaged bottle or can.
In the case of multi-brand or multi-mill orders, items will be shipped separately, directly from each of our partner mills.
If the goods are returned to origin for reasons beyond our control, we will refund the amount paid for the products, excluding shipping costs.
The packaging design (bottle, canister, or tin) may differ from the image shown in the store, but the product inside is exactly as advertised.
If the selected olive variety is out of stock at the mill of the purchased brand, oliveoilextra.com reserves the right to send a similar variety of olive oil, guaranteeing the same quality and price.
