Tamia Maurino Organic olive oil
This medium-intensity organic extra virgin olive oil is produced by Tamia from early-harvest Maurino olives grown in their Ucciano grove in Tuscia.
The oil features an intense fruity flavor that starts sweet, developing a balanced bitterness with notes of freshly cut grass and hints of green tomato and fresh almond on the finish. It is characterized by aromas of grass and tomato.
