Tagalakis Elaiones olive oil
This medium-intensity extra virgin olive oil is produced by the Tagalakis family on a small estate in Messinia, in the Southern Peloponnese. It’s made solely from a mix of green and ripe Koroneiki olives.
The oil has notable aromas of olives and tropical fruit, and is known for its incredibly well-balanced flavor. This versatile olive oil pairs beautifully with many different cuisines. You can try it on leafy green salads and fried fish, or use it for dressings, baking, and sautéing. It’s also an excellent choice for grilled fish, garden tomato salads, broiled vegetables, and legumes.
