Pruneti Frantoio Biologico olive oil
This medium-intensity organic extra virgin olive oil is produced by Frantoio Pruneti. It is a monovarietal oil, made exclusively from 100% Frantoio olives grown in the Chianti region of Tuscany. This oil was a gold award winner at the 2025 NYIOOC.
The oil is intense, with strong notes of artichoke, arugula, tomato leaves, mint, and sage. It also has notable aromas of artichoke and tomato vine. The flavor finishes with notes of green pepper and rosemary, and has the typical bitter notes of the Frantoio olive. This versatile oil is excellent for dipping fresh bread or drizzling over bean soups, grilled vegetables, and meats. It is best used for dishes that need a strong, intense oil.
