Oro del Desierto Organic Balsamic Vinegar
This organic balsamic vinegar by Oro del Desierto starts as organic red wine vinegar, which is aged for a minimum of 12 months in oak barrels. The vinegar is primarily produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes.
Following the initial aging, the vinegar is blended with an equal 50%-50% part of concentrated organic grape juice. This blend is then aged for an additional six months in wooden barrels.
This process results in a sweet and natural organic balsamic vinegar, combining the acidity of the vinegar with the richness of the concentrated grape juice for a balanced flavor.
