This extra virgin olive oil, a distinctive product of Valencia, is a unique blend of 60% Picual, 20% Arbequina, and 20% of the local Valencian varieties Genovesa, Blanqueta, and Alfafarenca. It offers a fresh, elegant, and balanced aroma, featuring prominent notes of freshly cut grass and fruity hints of green banana, prunes, and green almonds. The flavor is sweet and dense, with a pleasant balance of spice and bitterness, accompanied by notes of citrus, green banana, artichoke, and tomato.
This “High Quality” oil from Masia el Altet was also a favorite of the celebrated French chef Joël Robuchon, whose restaurants amassed a total of 28 Michelin stars.
