Iannotta Organic olive oil
This medium-intensity organic extra virgin olive oil is produced by Lucia Iannotta in Lazio, Italy. It’s made exclusively from local, organically farmed Itrana olives and was a silver award winner at the 2021 NYIOOC.
The oil has a medium fruitiness with fragrant aromas of freshly cut grass and tomato leaf. It has notable aromas of grass and tomato vine, along with flavors of fresh herbs and green almonds. The oil is balanced, complex, and elegant. It’s ideal for drizzling over fresh garden vegetables, leafy green salads, soups, pastas, and meats or enjoyed simply with a slice of fresh bread.
