The oil is extracted using the unique “Sinolea Rapanelli Drip Method,” which collects oil drops from perforated fruit, ensuring no production stress. This process results in a pleasantly spicy oil with a slightly bitter aftertaste, offering an intense fruity aroma and taste of freshly crushed, not fully ripe olives. Specially selected by Carlo Gradassi, this exceptional olive oil is particularly well-suited for pairing with roasted red meats, bruschetta, and legume soups.
