Arvum Vinagre Reserva al Pedro Ximenez vinegar
This top-quality, sweet and sour sherry vinegar is made by Aecovi-Jerez in Salucar de Barrameda, Cádiz. It is aged in oak casks using the traditional “criaderas and solera” system, a process typically reserved for sherry wines. This aging method gives the vinegar its rich character.
