Almaoliva Bio olive oil
This award-winning, medium-intensity extra virgin olive oil from Almazaras de la Subbética is an organic coupage (blend) of Picuda, Picual, and Hojiblanca olives from the Sierras Subbéticas. It won Gold at the 2024 Japan IOOC.
It offers a green and fruity aroma with notable notes of almonds and tomato. The flavor is initially sweet, evolving into light bitterness with a perfectly balanced pungent finish. This exceptional oil is ideal for eating raw, particularly with leafy green salads, blue fish, meats, and drizzled over toast.
