Verdale is a delicate and mild olive oil variety from Provence, France. It is known for its light, fruity character with very low bitterness and pungency. The oil offers subtle aromas of green apple, fresh-cut grass, and almond. Often used in blends to soften more robust oils, it is also a perfect finishing oil for delicate dishes where you want a gentle, fresh flavor that won’t overpower the other ingredients.
