Hailing from the Tuscia region, northeast of Rome in Lazio, Tamia continues a rich tradition of producing exceptional olive oil. Their unique approach leverages the area’s nutrient-rich volcanic soil and distinct local olive variety, Caninese. Beyond this, Tamia also crafts an organic Maurino monocultivar oil and various extra virgin blends, incorporating the more common Frantoio and Leccino varieties.
