This family estate, managed by Giancarlo & Sabrina Bonamini, cultivates olive trees across the terraced and hilly terrain unsuitable for grapes. Their groves feature native varieties Grignano and Favarol alongside Frantoio, Leccino, and Moraiolo.
The cold Northern Italian winters impart unique sensory qualities to their olives, which are all hand-harvested from the challenging landscape and cold-pressed the same day, resulting in elegant and aromatic extra virgin olive oils.
