Situated on the sun-drenched southern slopes of the Alpilles, in the heart of Provence, Estoublon’s commitment to quality is evident in their A.O.P. Les Baux de Provence classification for their 212 acres of olive trees and 47 acres of vineyards since 1995. This designation underscores their status as one of the region’s most outstanding sites.
Estoublon meticulously hand-harvests five olive varieties – Grossane, Béruguette, Saloneque, Bouteillan, and Picholine – from early November to mid-December. Their dedication to excellence continues with the cold extraction and pressing of all olives in their own mill, resulting in exclusively extra virgin olive oils.
