After inheriting a family estate, Sandro Gamazo Hohenlohe discovered ancient olive trees on steep terraces. Testing revealed five previously uncategorized varieties alongside wild Acebuche strains. Originally reserved for family, these unique flavors led to the creation of Belvís de las Navas, named after the family matriarch. This exceptional coupage captures a rare botanical treasure, sharing previously unknown aromas and history from a one-of-a-kind mountain grove.
