Los Angeles IOOC

The Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition (LAIOOC) is a globally recognized contest that has been a benchmark for quality since 1922. The competition draws entries from a wide range of countries, and a panel of international experts judges the oils through a blind tasting process. The competition gold, silver, and bronze medals based on a 100-point scoring system. Beyond these, it also recognizes “Best of Class” and “Best of Show” for top-scoring entries in categories like delicate, medium, and robust olive oils.
