L'Orciolo d'Oro

L’Orciolo d’Oro is a long-standing Italian olive oil competition that started in the late 1980s and has since grown to become an internationally recognized event. Organized by the Enohobby Club dei Colli Malatestiani, it was initially a national competition but now accepts entries from around the world. The judging process is carried out by an international expert jury and is known for its rigorous evaluation of extra virgin olive oils, focusing on various categories and aiming to promote the highest quality. Winning a “Distinzione” or other award from L’Orciolo d’Oro is a prestigious accolade for olive oil producers.
