Entelia, taking its name from the Greek word for “whole and absolute perfection” (εντέλεια), is considered the finest olive oil from Crete. Created with passion and dedication, Entelia is produced by small family farms located in the foothills of the beautiful White Mountains of Western Crete. The Koroneiki olive trees are expertly and meticulously cultivated.
