Our olive grove has the luck and privilege of being virtually in the desert. It is the driest area of ​​Spain, which helps us a lot to control pests. For example, we almost do not have Olive Fly.

With so much dryness it does not favor its reproduction and prefers to go to more humid olive groves. This brings another benefit and that is that we do not need to use chemical compounds to fight against these pests. Therefore we reduce costs and do not alter the original taste of the oil.
